01

Introduction

Aeson is a product-intelligence platform currently being developed by Aeson. In this policy, “Aeson,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the person or organisation operating the Aeson website and waitlist.

This policy applies to personal information collected when you visit our website, join our waitlist, request a demo, contact us, participate in product research, or otherwise communicate with us.

By submitting personal information through our website, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. Where consent is required, we will ask for it through a clear notice or an affirmative action.

02

Information we collect

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Your full name.

  • Your company or organisation name.
  • Your job title, role, or professional function.
  • Information you provide in an optional message, survey, interview, or demo request.
  • Your preferences concerning early access, research invitations, and optional marketing communications.

Our website or service providers may also collect limited technical information, such as:

  • IP address and approximate location.
  • Browser, operating system, and device type.
  • Pages visited and basic interaction information.
  • Referral source and date or time of access.
  • Security, diagnostic, and error information needed to keep the website reliable.

We aim to collect only the information reasonably required for the purposes described in this policy.

03

How we use your information

We may use your information to:

  • Create and manage your waitlist registration.

05

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Aeson, such as:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Form and waitlist providers, currently: Supabase.
  • Email delivery providers, currently: Zoho.
  • Analytics providers, currently: Google Analytics.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, where reasonably necessary.

These providers may process information only to provide services to us and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, investigate security incidents, or as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, financing, or transfer of the business.

06

How long we retain information

We retain waitlist information only for as long as reasonably required to operate the waitlist, communicate about Aeson, evaluate product interest, and meet legal or security obligations.

Unless a longer period is legally required, we currently intend to delete or anonymise inactive waitlist records no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, the end of the waitlist programme, or a valid deletion request—whichever applies first.

Some limited records may be retained for a longer period where required to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security logs, or comply with law.

07

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

These measures may include:

  • Secure hosting and encrypted network connections.

  • Authentication and access controls.
  • Secure handling of credentials and environment variables.
  • Software updates and vulnerability management.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, health, identification, or confidential business information through the waitlist form.
